EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND HEALTH LAW
With the rapid development of employee benefits law over the past 20
years, this area has become a major focus of our practice. We have
developed expertise in structuring pension and welfare plans, and assisting
in their administration; monitoring for compliance with ERISA, IRS
regulations, and related laws; negotiating vendor contracts; and resolving
disputed claims through negotiation, arbitration, and litigation.

We have also created and implemented nationwide uniform managed care
contracts for large employer clients and counseled health plan clients on
the full panoply of managed care initiatives. Our client base includes
employers, joint labor-management trusts, voluntary employee beneficiary
associations, insurers, and managed care organizations.
