| THIRD PARTY RECOVERY SERVICES (TPRS) |
| The Rockville, Maryland office of the firm handles third party recoveries for the Mail Handlers Benefit Plan (MHBP) and the Special Agents Mutual Benefit Association. As part of their Federal Employees Health Benefit Plan contracts with the US Office of Personnel Management, these Plans are required to initiate reimbursement efforts for benefits issued as a result of any accident, illness or injury when one of their members receives compensation from a third party as a result of the incident (i.e., auto accident, medical malpractice, product liability, etc.). |
| Third party cases are assigned in the office based on the first three numbers of the Plan enrollee's social security number as follows: SSN 000 through 260 contact Abby Barbeito; SSN 261 through 450 contact Liz Zimmerman; and SSN 451 through 999 contact Le Clark. |
