Jamison, Bonnie Brownell, David Ermer, and their associates no longer will
be practicing law as Gordon & Ermer.

In 2006, Bonnie Brownell brought her practice to our firm, and in recognition
of the merger of our practices, the new firm will be known as Ermer &
